Prestige Park Homes

Welcome to the Prestige Park & Leisure Homes website
Established in 1991 in Northamptonshire, Prestige Park and Leisure Homes are the leading UK manufacturer of high quality Park Homes and Leisure Lodges. All of our products are built to a residential British Standard BS3632 and we primarily cater for two different markets, Residential and Leisure.
Residential Park Homes.
What are Park Homes? Previously called Mobile Homes, Static Caravans, Prefabs, or Modular Homes, they are timber framed buildings built on a steel chassis in a factory environment.  Quality controls are put in place during the construction of the home to ensure that once transported to site, your home can be ready to move into within a few days.

Why buy a Park Home?

Releasing the equity tied up in bricks and mortar together with the safe and secure lifestyle that Park Home living brings, are two of the major reasons you may consider buying a Park Home. We specialise in park homes for the semi-retired or retired market and believe that by going the ‘extra mile for you’ we offer an unrivalled, old fashioned personalised service that is extremely important and quite simply the best in the Park Homes and Leisure Lodges industry. We offer an exciting and innovative range of standard homes in many different styles and layouts, but each one can be adapted and altered to suit your own individual budget and taste. Our impressive sales suite can  also offer you an extensive selection of furniture and soft furnishings that can make your home truly personal to you.

Leisure Lodges.

What are Leisure Homes? These can be described as caravans, log cabins, holiday homes, holiday lodges or second homes, but basically they are a bolt hole second home in a location to suit your lifestyle.

Why buy a Leisure Lodge? Buying a Luxury Leisure Lodge is an easy, stress-free and affordable way to take a weekend break or holiday away from the normal stresses of day to day life.  Many parks are in areas of outstanding natural beauty, so whether you’re looking for a quiet location in the country or a sea view, a Leisure Lodge could be the option for you.

Prestige Luxury Lodge Homes / The Bowmoor

If you’re looking for a stylish lodge home, take a look at our Bowmoor lodge. Although its one of our mid-range homes, it’s looks just as classy as our top of the range lodges, so is fantastic value for money, and with its chic interiors and extra special touches, is all set to become one of our most popular models.
You enter the lodge into a spacious hall, boot room and utility room all rolled into one. This leads into the main open-plan living space & thanks to its high vaulted ceiling and numerous windows its light & airy. The lounge area has a nature-inspired feature wall, a contemporary wall-mounted fireplace and a palette of cream and cappuccino. Plus, there’s double set of floor-to-ceiling French doors – each one with an extra window panel that lets the light flood in.

Off to one side, you’ll find an elegant dining space, with a solid walnut dining table and high-backed chairs, and a matching side unit. There’s also a smart pendulum light creating a central feature over the dining table. To the other side of the living area is a designer-style kitchen with cream & cappuccino high-gloss units, granite-effect worktops and classic wood flooring. In keeping with the rest of the Bowmoor, it has all the mod cons, including integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven and a eye level oven. There’s also a three-panel feature window, fashionable pendant lighting and a skylight.
The master bedroom is another wow-factor room, with sliding wardrobes and an elegant dressing table area off to the side. It has a calming décor with light pastel deep-pile carpets, soft furnishings in cream, oatmeal and teal, and stylish dark wood furniture. The three windows, which span the length of one of the walls, allow the light to flood in. In addition there’s a chic en-suite bathroom with a contemporary shower & designer vanity sink.

The second bedroom is similar in design, with space for a double or twin beds, a sliding wardrobe and a trio of windows. Plus, it’s decorated in soothing shades of yellow, mocha and cream.

As for the family bathroom, this really is a Zen-like space with a quality white suite. The bath has a high-spec shower over and there’s a contemporary toilet and basin. Stylish natural colours with large, wood-coloured tiles and a strip of feature mosaic tiling complement the theme.
As with all our holiday lodges, standard colour schemes are available but you can also take advantage of our bespoke design service to make your home more personal.
A choice of Canexel, Timber Log Lap and Thermowood external cladding are available.

Residential Park Homes / The Reprise

Have your cake and eat it with the Reprise, it has a modern contemporary style with a vintage twist, guaranteed to whet the most fastidious of appetites.
The Reprise has settled in within the range as a firm favourite with our customers. It has everything you could wish for in a park home in terms of looks and style both inside and out.

Careful thought went into the concept and design behind the Reprise. Armed with a brief to create the footprint for a home with the best possible use of space throughout the designers triumphed, with all the features and practicalities potential homeowners could ever wish for, even down to positioning of the sockets.
It’s undoubtedly been a resounding success as Reprise owners will testify. The resulting feel and layout of this home is of a traditional well thought through ‘bungalow’ design.

On entering the home the impact of space delivers the feeling that you’re really ‘coming home’. The entrance hall is very grand, it’s like a maze of avenues. One way leads through into a very impressive and spacious lounge. A light and airy room decorated in a soft and subtle colour scheme
with box bay windows and a comfortable sofa for relaxing and enjoying a bit of chillout time.
There’s also the added bonus of a study (if this is what you opt for) neatly positioned on the other side of the entrance hall.
The kitchen diner is huge, and beautiful on the eye so it’s a lovely space to spend time in… and it has so much storage, it’s a real plus point. Every nook and cranny has been thought through.

Many customers like the open plan kitchen diner as we all know how important family time is, so whether it’s a dinner party or a romantic meal for two, this layout is the ideal design. You can also choose to close the door off that leads through to the kitchen and then again to the lounge.

The master bedroom is so impressive you might struggle to leave the room in the morning. It has been designed with practicality and sumptuous luxury in mind.
The dressing area is the ideal place to sit and put on your makeup and do your hair. There’s also a fantastic large walk-in-wardrobe with full height shelving.
The en suite has been well positioned and is equipped with everything you need, including extra storage again with the added benefit of a vanity unit.
The second bedroom is also a generous size with a large wardrobe, ideal for any over flowing clothes from the master bedroom.

The bathroom is practical and stylish, picking up on the colour scheme flowing throughout the home brilliantly.
