Manor launches its new “classic” range.
Twin and single size homes with high equipment levels and well appointed kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. We have chosen only the best materials for use in our new range.
With the advent of the building of its new factory and in response to the continuous high demand for its homes, Manor has launched the all new Manor Classic model. Available in twins from 36×20 through to 50×20 and singles in a variety of lengths in both 12ft and 14ft wide options.
Designed for adaptation for end on or roadside siting, the classic provides everything you might expect from a quality home within a price structure that will enable the customer to enjoy the benefits of a quality marque at similar prices to competitors bulk built models.
Walls are finished in Anaglypta with a choice of colours. 100mm timber skirting is fitted, along with timber architraves and door frames. ‘Regency’ six panel interior doors are used throughout, with the option of ISA glazed doors. 90mm plaster coving as standard, and a wide selection of ceramic tiles are used in kitchens, bathrooms and/or shower rooms.
This is an open plan style home with a unique floor plan that appeals to the modern thinking person. Available from 42×20 to 60×20 and also in 22ft wide.
The front entrance to the 50×20 version leads in to the kitchen/dining area where immediately you are impressed by a feeling of space available. The whole width of the building is open to accommodate the lounge as well as the kitchen diner within one large space. Typically we employ a modern gloss kitchen with built in appliances that make you feel that you are in a luxury New York penthouse flat.
An inset fire can be complimented by wiring up ready for a plasma screen TV.
The bedroom accommodation is situated at both ends of the home. At one end is the guest bedroom that is opposite an en-suite shower room that features a larger than average Douglas James fitted shower unit. Adjoining the shower room is a utility room that accommodates the boiler and has space and plumbing for washer and drying machines.
The master bedroom is a seriously large room that has ample clothes storage areas and features a walk in wardrobe as an annex to the bedroom. A stylish modern bathroom completes what is certainly a luxurious specification.
At Manor we are not restricted to building units with a stucco finish only. We also have the capability to build ‘log clad’ units.
They are built in the same way as the residential homes and to the same high specification. The exterior cladding is usually made from a treated and stained timber and is complimented by wood finish UPVC framed double glazed windows. Alternatively we can utilise the latest Vulcan cladding system that is available in 15 colours and in several profile styles.
In our opinion we would recommend the Oakleigh floorplan to be ideally suited to the leisure lifestyle that comes with living on a holiday park. However we allow you to clad any of our standard models (Carlyon Grange, Denford and Manor Classic), or perhaps you have a design of your own? There are a variety of options when it comes to cladding your home, including multiple colours to choose from, and a wide range of different materials are on offer.
