ABOUT LONDON GARDEN ROOMS
At London Garden Rooms we create individually designed garden buildings, providing you the extra space you, your family or your business requires, often without the need for planning permission.
We provide a complete installation service from design to construction, and unlike many garden room companies powder coated bi-folding doors, ground works and full electrics are included as standard.
With extensive experience and London based offices we provide a local and comprehensive service.
London Garden Rooms can organise planning applications, site and electrical surveys, fully bespoke garden design and accompanying landscaping.

SMALLER GARDEN ROOMS
A perfect space to work from home, our smaller garden room range are predominantly used as offices. All our garden rooms are manufactured individually allowing production of any size to suit the space you have available.

MEDIUM GARDEN ROOMS
Our medium garden room range is the most popular style. As every garden room is individually manufactured the uses are limitless. The stylish and contemporary looking building is predominantly used for garden studios and gyms, but we’ve created artists getaways, pool houses and sound proofed music studios.

LARGER GARDEN ROOMS
This L shaped garden room is the largest product in our range. It is a great option if you need a multi-function structure. Ideally suited for an annex or exterior living space.

CONCEPTUAL GARDEN ROOM
London Garden Rooms are always creating new designs and styles for a garden room studio. We can design, manufacture and construct bespoke rooms that will stand out in any garden. If you have a dream in mind get in touch.
FOUNDATIONS
We don’t pour a full concrete base for our garden rooms, nor do you have to provide one.
Instead we pour concrete pile foundations into a series of deep holes, onto which then we build. These are extremely durable and are actually stronger than pouring a traditional base. Your garden room will be built off the ground to allow for the structure to breathe underneath and not have damp issues.
CEDAR CLADDING
In all successful and desirable garden architecture over the past 10 years you will have noticed this hardwood feature.
It has become extremely popular and is a very luxurious material. This is due to its rich colour and durability. It is proven to be very resistant to all weather conditions due to its natural preservatives.
We have found through using this very versatile timber that your garden room will blend into any landscape.
ALUMINIUM BI-FOLDS & WINDOWS
Unlike timber bi-fold doors, these German powder-coated aluminium bi-folds arew sleek, stylish and maintenance free.
Available in a variety of colours, they allow the maximum natural light into the room.
TIMBER STRUCTURE & ROOF
All our timber is sourced from sustainably managed forests.
This is very important to us as a company and we are doing all we can to be environmentally friendly. This structure itself is a very solid one.
The frameworks are built using high grade timber. The walls and the floor are pressure treated with laneith E wood preservatives.
The roof is felt lined and is a safe, durable and proven roof covering. The edge details on all our roofs are finished with an aluminium or cedar trim.
INTERIOR FEATURES
If you decide you would like a larger garden room then it might make sense to start adding some internal walls and doors to your building.
Partition walls will help you gain many different functions. Our walls are traditionally plaster boarded, skimmed and painted as they would be in your own home.
