Designed and built using modern construction methods, the eDEN is equipped with high specification fixtures and fittings. Clad in an environmentally-friendly ‘living wall’ of flowers and foliage (which is optional, of course) this sustainable, thermo efficient multi purpose garden building blends in beautifully with its surroundings.

eDEN is a garden office which truly is suitable for year round use. Every garden room will have high specification insulation in the walls, ceilings and floor plus underfloor heating as standard. Anything less and you are paying a fortune to heat the garden whilst you suffer from the British weather.
The walls are plastered and finished, painted in white or magnolia – making sure your garden room is an extension of your home, a pleasant place to work where you feel inspired to spend the day (or evening!). Anything less and it’s a glorified shed!
eDEN makes a perfect space for a home office, artist studio, music studio, games room, guests suite.

The eDEN Tank range is a high specification garden office which is aesthetically beautiful and has no hidden extras. For those discerning customers who wish to avoid the ‘budget’ or ‘DIY’ range in the market the eDEN Tank is a no hassle option which gives you the perfect office in just a few days. The project is fully managed for you by eDEN who will take care of the foundations right through to painting the plastered walls.
Garden Studios
Garden Studios provide a haven for work, rest or play.
Designed to fit within the natural surroundings, yet modern and contemporary eDEN Garden Studios are a high specification building which offers a turnkey solution.
An eDEN Garden Studio can be used all year round, each building is enveloped in insulation and heated with cost efficient underfloor heating – if it is snowing on the outside you will be warm and snug inside. Fixtures and fittings are chosen to provide a high standard of finish, from the brushed steel sockets through the engineered oak floor.
Bespoke Garden Rooms, Garden Office, Garden Studio
eDEN has the expertise and flexibility to design you a bespoke garden room. If you have an specific design in mind or you have an awkward shape and you want your bespoke garden room to fit neatly into it, then the team at eDEN can work with you to create your dream garden room.
How eDEN bespoke garden rooms works
Modular garden rooms and set sizes can be provided by eDEN but we understand that many customers don’t have modular shaped gardens!
Using our expertise in design and construction we will work with you on dimensions and practicality, ensuring that your requirements for your garden room are built in at an early stage.
We have created triangular shaped garden rooms, ‘L’ shaped garden rooms, garden rooms with integral shed storage, garden rooms with toilet facilities and straightforward rectangle garden rooms.
Your bespoke garden room will be constructed to the same high specification that we insist on for all our garden buildings, fully insulated, excellent glazing properties, underfloor heated, plastered and painted internally.
Part of the fun of a bespoke garden room, garden office, garden studio is that you can adapt and change the key features. You can choose to have a garden room with bi fold doors, a garden room with french doors, a garden room with sliding doors, a garden room with storage.

High Quality, Eco Efficient Specifications
When designing eDEN we make sure we choose high quality, eco friendly fixtures and fittings to create durable garden rooms, garden offices, garden studios which will remain a beautiful feature in your garden for many years to come. eDEN is designed and constructed by our team of skilled specialists who will take full responsilibity from laying the foundations to picking up the last piece of litter as we vacate your garden.
Foundations: Always included in the overall cost and undertaken by eDEN’s team of specialists.
Structure: Timber Frame precision engineered and manufactured, working with sophisticated CAD technology. All timber is sustainably sourced.
Roof: Single Ply Membrane – EPDM Rubber. If you would like a living/green or sedum roof this is always an option (at extra cost).
Insulation: Envelope of insulation in the ceilings, walls and floors to building regs standard and achieves high U-Values.
Exterior cladding: Timber clad in Western Red Cedar. Powder coated aluminum fascias.
Door and window frames: Thermo efficient, double glazed bi-folding doors with a range of standard colour aluminium powder coated frame.
Walls: Plaster finished and painted in your choice of colour, with the option of feature walls and built in cupboard systems.
Heating: Keeping the heat in and efficiently operating, under floor heating is installed as standard.
Flooring: Engineered real oak flooring with a beautiful natural finish.
Electrics: The internal electrics will be supplied by eDEN and will include brushed stainless steel faced light switches and double sockets. Electrical power to eDEN is the responsibility of the owner.
Plumbing: If the additionally priced option of a toilet and sink is requested the quote will include the price of the internal plumbing only. Water and waste supplies to eDEN is the responsibility of the owner.

Does my eDEN require planning permission? Under new regulations that came into effect 1st October 2008 eDEN’s (outbuildings) are considered to be permitted development, not requiring planning permission, subject to a few limits and conditions. For more detailed information seehttp://www.planningportal.gov.uk/permission/commonprojects/outbuildings It is the ultimate responsibility of the home/land owner to ensure their eDEN meets Planning & Building Regulations, although we are on hand to give advice and support.
